Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's core values.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer service.
- Drive and direct sales efforts.
- Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets in collaboration with the team.
- Add new customers to the database.
- Maintain a customer book for key clients and VIPs.
- Manage after-sales service for clients.
- Foster a positive, professional, productive, and team-oriented atmosphere.
- Keep stock replenished and stockrooms organized.
- Conduct regular stocktakes.
Requirements:
- Confidence in communicating at all levels, both internally and externally, with staff and clientele.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.
