Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to Food safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Assist and coordinate with the Operations team in the implementation of ISO 22000 FSMS
- Review specifications for products or processes
- Guide and provide corrective actions to production leaders and crews, strive for continuous improvement at the production area
- Submit detailed QA reports to appropriate Manager
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures for central kitchen and distribution center
- Ensure proper recording and documentation
- Assist plant manager for quality related matter
- Inspect and ensure overall personal and work environment hygiene meet the required standard
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Competencies and Skills:
- At least a Diploma in Applied Food Science or relevant filed of study
- All are welcome to apply, including fresh Diploma holder in Applied Food Science or relevant field of study and those with relevant work experience
- Positive thinking and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Prior auditing experience would be an added advantage
