Summary

The Admin Executive will report to the CEO of the company and assist in administrative, finance and HR matters. The role presents an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-changing property-tech start-up while learning about the latest technology in artificial intelligence (AI).

This is a full-time or part-time role, with the flexibility of working from home on certain days.

Lauretta.io is a proptech AI company powered by machine learning and computer vision. Lauretta’s intelligent property management and insights system provides a powerful and transparent way to improve the ROI on properties by optimizing employee behaviour, enhancing leasing returns and delivering retail insights.

Lauretta is a graduate of the TAGPASSCognitive Intelligence Programme, Singapore’s first proptech accelerator, Propell Asiarun by JLL and Lendlease, and is currently in the prestigious TechStars Accelerator. In 2019, Innovation Enterprise listed Lauretta.io as one of Singapore’s 20 most exciting startups.

Responsibilities

Administration

  • Prepare tender documents for submission
  • Conduct research for input into tender documents
  • Maintaining a filing system for office use
  • Periodically update website
  • Corporate Secretary Duties

HR

  • Responsible for staff recruitment, selection and onboarding process
  • In-charge of employees’ learning and development and employee retention
  • Review and improve HR processes

Finance

  • Keep track of financial records, including incoming and outcoming payments
  • Develop payments schedule and make payments to vendors
  • In-charge of payroll process
  • Prepare periodic financial statements for reporting purposes

Requirements

  • Strong in admintrative duties
  • Detailed-oriented and well-organised
  • Ability to multi-task effectively with minimal supervision
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diploma holders and above
  • At least 1-2 years of admin experience
