- Responsible for day-to-day business operations, growth of sales, performance and staff management of multiple restaurants to achieve target KPIs.
- Provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all customers.
- Provide high-standard cuisine and wine pairing and serving services to customers.
- Good knowledge about all menu, able to explain clearly to team members during training. Assist in setting up new outlets, including setting operation standards.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Have a high standard of hospitality and service standard.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in a Michelin restaurant or 5-star hotel Chinese Restaurant F&B Managerial positions.
- Possess good guest relations skills, confident, clear English & Mandarin
- Responsible for team motivating and forging a performance driven team.
- More then 2 years of relevant experience in F&B Managerial positions.
