Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Director of Partnerships Development. The Director of Partnerships Development will be responsible for developing and implementing partnership strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key partners. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partnership initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Your job scope and responsibilities typically include the following:
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investors interested in your industry or sector.
Building Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with HNWIs and Accredited Investors through networking, events, and one-on-one meetings.
Pitching and Presentations: Create compelling pitch decks and presentations to showcase your business opportunities and convince investors to invest.
Due Diligence: Assist in due diligence processes, providing investors with necessary information and answering their queries.
Negotiation: Negotiate investment terms, valuation, and conditions with potential investors to secure the best deal for your company.
Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations regarding soliciting investments from HNWIs and Accredited Investors to avoid legal issues.
Follow-Up: Maintain communication with investors post-investment, providing updates on the business progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
Portfolio Management: Manage relationships with existing investors, keeping them engaged and informed about their investments.
Places where you would like to do business development or form a partnership - We will need one partnership Director for each country Indonesia, Vietnam, Shanghai, Sydney, KL, Manila, and Singapore
KPI will be about 500 Real estate agents and 500 Financial Advisors to be able to achieve $100million SGD investments in Singapore and HK. Product includes Insurance, legacy planning, and PPLI
Qualifications
Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in the private banking industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Marketing
