Responsibilities
- Assist to investigate applications received for Claims and authorize refund for before collection date
- Assist to investigate cases pertaining to refund matters
- Assist to inform customers in cases of invalid claim / difference in claim amount
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Possess a GCE A Levels / GCE O Level
- No Exp Welcome - Training Provided
- Able to commit for 3 months - 6 months
- Contract Period: End Aug - End Dec
- PC literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office
