Responsibilities:
- Organise and attend campus partnerships events such as guest lectures, workshops, sponsorship events, networking events, etc.
- Support events logistics, manage publicity materials and work closely with vendors in the procurement of services and goods required for events.
- Coordinate internship selection and technical assessments.
- Track, analyse and report on internship selection progression. Update school stakeholders on progress.
- Review recruitment and selection processes and make recommendation on areas for improvement.
- Organised and participate in internship engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with experience in Campus Engagements and Events.
- Able to forge strong relationship at all levels and influencing key stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communications skill
