Admin Executive Role (60%)
You will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and driving business growth.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Work closely with CEO, convey messages to the team in HK, SG & India
- Assist and provide support to CEO and BU team to manage clients, business partners and shareholders from different locations
- Hotel bookings, transport arrangements, venue bookings for VIPs
- Assist in VISAs, business licenses and registrations applications.
- Organize & keep proper records of all documentations in clouddrive
- Oversees day-to-day office operations, schedule & coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Provide admin supports to senior management as needed
Accounting Assistant Role (40%)
Key person to update and maintain daily accounting records
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Update AP, AR, invoicing, bank reconciliations & relevant financial records
- Payroll processing, claims, CPF computations & submission
- Prepare bank transactions
- Maintain proper records, schedules and prepare financial reports using accounting software (XERO, MS Excel)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role
- Highly organised and detailed-oriented
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets (Xero and Excel)
- Team player and able multi-tasking
- Must be able to read & communicate in Chinese in a professional way(to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
- Experience in full set of accounts will be an advantage, but not a must
