Sales
1 Oversee all sales and enquires of sports accessories via various channels
2 Responsible for website management across all sales & listing of products
3 Ensure healthy stock inventory level to meet sales
4 Handle complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolutions to meet expectations
5 Schedule and coordinate with clients on accessories delivery and sports courts / field maintenance
6 Assist operations in co-ordination and administrative (paperwork include tender) matters
7 Overall provide smooth co-ordination for the daily flow of operations
Administrative
1 Answer phone calls and emails, responding to client requests and enquiries
2 Manage and update company databases
3 Provide administrative support to colleagues or projects as needed
Requirements
1 Posses at least a post-secondary certification
2 Relevant work experience would be advantageous
3 Must have computer skills including familarity with Microsoft Office
4 Able to work independently and in a team
5 Open to learning and adaptable to changes
6 Good time management and orgainsational skills
7 A full time job
