Role Overview:
- Develop and execute ESG strategies tailored to semiconductor operations.
- Manage ESG programs and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and industry standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, report on ESG outcomes, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regional and international ESG regulations specific to semiconductor manufacturing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain) to integrate ESG considerations.
- Engage with external stakeholders (regulatory bodies, industry groups) to advocate for ESG goals.
- Develop and deliver ESG training programs to foster a culture of sustainability.
- Prepare comprehensive ESG reports focusing on semiconductor-related impacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or ESG certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG management or sustainability, with a focus on the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of ESG regulations and standards for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies and programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Able to travel regionally (Asia)
