- Manage all inquiries and maritime cargo operations
- Keep an eye on client and vendor emails, calls, and texts.
- Obtain DO from client and respond to email
- Verify the stock availability on DO and notify the customer.
- Make contact with the appropriate agency and share contact details and emails with them.
- If necessary, make plans to pick up supply from nearby vendors.
- Keep track of inventory for movement in and out.
- Keep a watchful eye on the supply boat and vessel arrival status.
- Verify the boat arrangements if necessary.
- Set up the paperwork and transportation for loading
- Make sure the customer is updated with all additional costs.
- Retrieve the endorsed vessel. DO once loading is complete.
- File all paperwork correctly after the project is finished
- Any additional ad hoc tasks that management assigns
