Administrative Operations Officer

This advertisement is for recruiting position of Admin Operations Officer.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE primary school located in Tampines St 42.

Contract Period: From 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2025.

Option to Extend: a further period of 1 year from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Admin Operations Officer

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am. to 4:00pm, ½hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The Services required are set out as follows:

Admin Operations Officer

  • Frontline reception counter duties.
  • Preparation and verification of documents.
  • Maintaining and updating of data records.
  • Compilation, analysis of statistics.
  • Filing and other general admin duties.
  • Maintain lost and found records including tallying of the account.
  • Rendering of basic first aid assistance to students.
  • Adhoc duties/tasks assigned by the school

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Admin Operations Officer

  1. GCE “O” Level.
  2. Preferably first aid trained.
  3. Competent in MS Office preferably advance user of Excel.
  4. Preferably with customer service experience.
  5. At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  6. Preferably with prior experience working in a Primary School.
