- Generate daily tax invoices to customers
- Organize tax invoices along with Picking Orders (OE), signed Delivery Orders (DO), and Permits
- Email, scan and upload tax invoices to customer’s E-invoice Portal, each customers have different system to upload the tax invoices
- Generate credit notes/ debit notes to customers
- Organize credit notes/debit notes with necessary documents for approval by the General Manager
- Email credit notes/ debit notes to customers
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of tax invoices, credit note/ debit notes, delivery schedule report per date
- Compile daily and monthly summaries of tax invoices (Trading & Shipstore) and compare with the total number of vessels arriving in Singapore
- Sort Picking Orders (OE) and signed Delivery Orders (DO) according to Order Number (NPO Number) each morning
- Respond promptly to emails, requests, and inquiries related to tax invoices and related documents
- Assist other departments by providing copies of tax invoices as needed
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance
- Entry level applicants are welcome
- Good hands-on knowledge with MS office applications
- Must be a team player, independent, positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills and able to take up pressure
