As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a Supervisor to provide advisory for our customers at our network of outlets. As a Sales Consultant, you represent the company and are required to provide sound advice in line with treatment recommendations from our inhouse TCM physicians, in order to provide the best treatment packages for our customers’ desired health outcomes.
The candidate needs to ensure that professionalism and excellent customer service standards are embraced and displayed throughout interaction with our customers.
Training will be provided for you to succeed in your role.
Duties include:
* Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role
* Organizational and leadership abilities
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Problem-solving skills
* Must work on weekends/PH.
Responsibilities
* Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
* Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
* Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
* Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
