Managing 3 franchise stores of 7 Eleven. The responsibilities include ( not exhaustively), the following :
1. Store stok ordering, ensurig optimum stock at any time and proactively stocking up for promotions
2. Managing stock when it arrives, stacking and arranging following FEFO
3. Ensuring eagle eye checks and controls on bad merchandising
4. Managing , training staff and rostering
5. Handling intenal audit and ensure full compliance to the requirements of Dairy Farm standards
6. Handling customer relations and complaints
7. Improve Sales, meet sales targets
8. Managing banking operations
