Job Summary:
- Salary Range: Up $4,500 + VB

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the IT systems, facilities and security is of the highest standards and in good working order at all times to facilitate staff work and student learning
- Liaise with external vendors on facilities and/or IT related projects
- Work collaboratively with group IT and technology departments
- Oversee the smooth running and maintenance of school and office facilities
- Ensure good allocation and management of facilities and resources including classrooms
- Timely preparation and maintenance of department budgets, PO and inventory
- Ensure compliance to respective regulatory requirements relating to workplace health and safety and CPE
- Ensure classroom and all learning technology are kept in good operational order for conducive student learning environment
- Ensure compliances to policies and operational procedures relating to environment, facilities, health and safety and IT support
- Review and recommend improvement to existing processes, facilities and/or IT infrastructure.
- Provide operational support to staff, lecturers and students.
- Perform regular reviews on policies, processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in PEI preferred in a similar capacity is preferred
