Primary Objective:
- To provide a coordinated and one-stop-shop platform to address our client’s corporate finance and funding requirements. The model provides a single point of contact, offering structuring, financing and advisory services to our clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of pitch books for Advisory, Debt & Equity Capital Raising, M&A and Leveraged Finance transactions in the region
- Assist in preparation of management presentation materials, due diligence reports and transaction documents
- Assist in preparation of IUC / GIUC / Credit Application papers
- Assist in preparation of internal management presentation materials
- Perform financial analysis and valuation e.g. discounted cash flow and multiples based analysis
- Perform company and industry research
- Support on deal execution
- Support on internal deal reporting, drafting of strategy papers and budgeting etc.
