Senior/Technician (Building & Project) | AL
Job Summary:
- Assist in ensuring proper execution, quality upkeeping, and maintenance of general building facilities
- Provide project management support for renovation and development works
- Audit and monitor KPIs of maintenance services rendered by vendors and service providers
- Support, implement, and manage cyclical and improvement projects
Responsibilities:
- Assist in site acceptance testing and commissioning activities
- Validate system performance and assist in handing over facilities
- Assist in planning and developing documentations and visual aids
- Assist in overseeing building elements and maintenance scheduling
- Ensure compliances to statutory requirements and assist in project management support
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building, Property Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience for ITE graduates, 1-4 years for Diploma graduates (Assistant Engineer)
- 8 years of relevant experience for ITE graduates, 5 years for Diploma graduates (Senior Assistant Engineer)
- Experience in building finishing works, M&E building services, plumbing, and sanitary
- Familiarity with statutory submissions and experience in supervision and project management
- Prior experience in healthcare setting and knowledge of building maintenance and operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and BIM
