Your Role as a Junior ServiceNow Consultant
As a full-time Junior ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing ServiceNow solutions across various products, including ITSM, FSM, GRC, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, custom apps, and integrations. Your work will directly impact the operational efficiencies of enterprise organizations by streamlining and automating routine tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Software Development Skills: Preferably in JavaScript
- Problem-Solving Skills:Excellent analytical abilities
- IT Service Management: Knowledge of ITIL foundations
- Database Skills: Proficiency in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar databases
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams
- Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator or Developer certifications are a plus
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor degree from a Polytechnic or University
