Senior/Engineer (Plumbing & Sanitary)
Job Summary:
- Assist in executing and managing FM services, particularly mechanical engineering services
- Ensure standards of maintenance services by vendors and outsourced providers
- Review and participate in site acceptance testing and commissioning activities
- Plan operation set up, develop processes, and implement maintenance plans
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage maintenance agents, and audit performance standards
- Coordinate improvement projects and provide advisory support to the maintenance team
Requirements:
- (Entry Level) Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 0-4 years of experience for Engineer position, 5-6 years for Senior Engineer position (or 10 years with a Diploma)
- Prior experience in design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems is advantageous
- Experience in building services and facilities operation, improvement projects, and healthcare setting is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and negotiate
- Creative, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
