Assistant/Manager (Service Operation & Quality)
Job Summary:
- Lead the Service Operation and Quality section in Facilities Management
- Oversee contract administration, cost control, procurement, quality assurance, and FM operations
- Manage service providers, ensure contractual compliance, and handle non-conformance issues
- Assist in formulating strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing utilities
- Ensure quality assurance, conduct audits, and maintain documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Property Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent
- 4-5 years of related experience (or 7 years with a Diploma)
- Prior experience in healthcare setting and service provider contract management is advantageous
- Familiarity with public sector procurement governance and processes
- Knowledge of mechanical & electrical maintenance and operations
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and thrive under pressure
