We are looking for an Positive & Proactive Admin Assistant who thrives in a fast paced startup environment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Extract data/information from emails and enter into operations system
· Check accuracy of SOA against system's record
· Generate monthly summary report from system
· Prepare report and invoice to send to customers
· Adhoc admin duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 1-year relevant working experience, including in admin, data entry roles
· Able to work 4 hours in the morning every day
· Proactive Fast learner with a tremendously positive attitude
· Dedicated, detail-oriented and efficient
· Adaptable and Able to work with minimal supervision
· Patient listener with excellent communication skills
· A flair in using new software will be added advantage
