We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the production and development of educational content for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children's education, a strong background in project management, and excellent communication skills. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that content is engaging, educational, and delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for content development projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Oversee the creation of learning materials, including digital and print content, multimedia elements, and interactive features.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and developers, to achieve project goals.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including educational experts, curriculum developers, and marketing teams, to ensure content meets educational and market requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of content.
Requirements:
- ONLY Singaporean may apply due to project needs
- Diploma in Education, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience managing projects in content development or educational publishing, particularly for children’s content is essential
- Strong understanding of educational standards and curriculum development.
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment
