· Review forecasts and process purchase orders to suppliers
· Work closely with Sales team to ensure customer orders are arranged promptly.
· Negotiate terms and liaise with suppliers on import regulations and processes
· Raise and follow through product discounts and claims
· Arrange shipments with freight forwarders
· Process import permit declarations and coordinate shipment clearance
· Maintain and update food related certificates from suppliers
· Compute product costings when required
· Any other duties assigned
