Duties & Responsibilities
· Work closely with stakeholders in the conceptualization, planning and implementation of new visitor products, services and experiences.
· Assist in day-to-day management and implementation of projects as well as communications with business & project partners including consultants, contractors and government agencies;
· Source and identify as well as conduct project feasibility studies for Group’s potential business opportunities;
· Assist in coordinating projects and activities including scheduling and completion of work assignments;
· Maintain project documentation and provide administrative support for presentations, reports, meetings and communications;
· Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
· Degree in Communications, Business, Tourism or a related discipline
· At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Project Management or Tourism
· In-depth knowledge of the current trends, new media solutions & retail business in the tourism sector is advantageous
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to operate within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
· Strong organizational and administration skills
· Able to work independently and make judgment calls whenever required with the ability to multi-task
Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is preferred
