RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify and input deals in the OPICS and NGS systems.
- Ensure proper approval and documentation for deal tickets.
- Update and record daily transactions in fund position management.
- Organize and file live and matured deals and reports.
- Prepare SWIFT messages, confirmations, and payments.
- Perform daily Nostro reconciliation.
- Check and verify reports, highlighting irregularities to the Senior Manager.
- Match counterparty confirmations.
- Monitor and manage cash flow with the Treasury Division.
- Prepare and submit MAS reports (MAS755 weekly, MAS610 monthly).
- Submit daily FX, IRS, and CCS deals and transactions to MAS via DTCC.
- Ensure all deals are processed in the OPICS system.
- Lead and participate in system enhancements and projects. Mentor and train new hires in Treasury Settlements.
- Properly file and store past treasury settlement documents.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in treasury settlement.
- Familiarity with local clearing systems (MEPS+).
- Strong knowledge of treasury products (Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Securities/Bonds, derivatives).
- Experience in SWIFT operations and remittance transactions.
- Knowledge of accounting entries, AML checks, and MAS reporting.
- Familiarity with corporate internet banking.
