Job Scope:
We are seeking an experienced SAP AMS (Application Management Services) Lead to manage and oversee the application management services for our SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) landscape. The successful candidate will lead a team of SAP professionals, ensure optimal system performance, and provide strategic direction for SAP BRIM application management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SAP BRIM AMS team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and implement SAP BRIM application management strategies and roadmaps.
- Ensure optimal system performance, availability, and security for SAP BRIM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize SAP BRIM-related projects and initiatives.
- Manage and resolve complex SAP BRIM-related issues and incidents.
- Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base, and best practices for SAP BRIM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP BRIM latest technologies, trends, and innovations.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 6 years in an AMS leadership role focused on SAP BRIM.
- Solid knowledge of SAP BRIM, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good to have SAP certification in SAP BRIM or related areas (e.g., SAP CRM, SAP ERP).
- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Preferably having experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
