Job Duties:
· Collecting, distributing, and tracking of hardcopy mails for the Division. Tearing and sorting of GIRO forms for FIN processing.
· Follow-up on returned mails and Lost & Found Cards.
· Processing of U Care Programs and Appeals which includes
o data entry, verification of supporting documents, assessment of application, follow-up on incomplete applications, direction of forms to union, scanning of hardcopy forms for record purposes.
· Other Ad hoc duties as assigned
