Summary:
As the Cargo Flow Supervisor, you will pptimize the vessel loading for all Commercial Lines and ensure the quality of service in compliance with the Group strategy and main required KPI’s.
Main Responsibilities:
- Suggest and initiate a short/long term action plan in case of over or underused allocation
- Define priorities and participate to the arbitration of potential disagreements within the Line (agents, commercial managers, partners, operations)
- Monitor and assess tools to anticipate major risks and implement an improvement process
- Realize studies to find areas of improvement, structural & optimization problem solving
- Organize and implement Group processes (optimization, customer service, costs, Group KPIs) according to Line specificities
- Participate to the development of new services in coordination with Line Direction as is necessary
- Monitor actively the important evolutions on systems and processes
- Evaluate and plan the different modifications of cargo flow, and participate to the transversal projects in order to plan the potential risks and adapt methods and tools if necessary
- Guarantee a service of quality (routing, transit time) through main KPIs requested by the Line Direction
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree Holder with minimum 4 years’ experience in cargo flow, with at least 1 year people management experience
- Ability to work and handle pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong team player and communicates well with all parties
- Strong analytical skills and inherently eye for detail and comfortable working with complex numbers
