THIS POSITION WILL PROVIDE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Data entry and upkeeping of filing system
- Record minutes of meeting
- Assist in the preparation of deo / presentation materials
- Events and Travel arrangement
- Attend to queries
- Assist in the generation and distribution of documents for sales and accounts
- Any other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- PROFICIENT IN MANDARIN
- COMFORTABLE WITH THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE
- ABLE TO WORK A MINIMUM OF 5 HRS AND 3X A WEEK
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE APPLICATION
- GOOD DIGITAL KNOW-HOW
