The candidate should have some experience in managing IT projects with both internal (developer) and client side stakeholders, especially Singapore government projects. You are expected to be competent in conducting and leading project meeting, minutes, documentation and meet tight deadlines for the project. Good in communication skills, writing skills and human management is a must. You should be knowledgeable in all systems implementation including hardware, networking, security and applications like programming language, database and others. A suitable candidate should have completed and passed Project Management (PMP) qualifications or at least pursuing a project management qualifications.
The person is meticulous, work closely with the team and meet project deliverables and timeline. A graduate with at least 3-5 years experience is preferred though exceptions are considered. Highly talented individuals are encouraged to apply. Senior individuals who has vast experience but without professional qualifications (PMP) can be considered as well.
