We are looking for a Co-ordinator, Events to join our team!


As a Co-ordinator, Events, we will need you to coordinate the event selling and operations process including external and internal documentation preparation and distribution. You will also be responsible to assist assigned Managers in all aspects related to events.



Responsibilities:

  • Assists assigned manager to prepare and distribute all external and internal documents, such as Proposal letter, Letter of Agreement or BEO etc.
  • Up-keeps departmental filing and tracing system for all catering related information and documents such as Menu, Group Files, and proposals.
  • Maintains good business relationships and rapport with clients.
  • Handles incoming inquiries and conducts initial qualifying process to secure potential business.Assists the Director, Event Management, with up-to-date information and reports as required.
  • Prepares accurate and timely reports to all internal departments.
  • Supports assigned Managers to conduct hotel inspections or walk-in inquiry.
  • Attends and provides support to promotion activities for the hotel’s top producers and account bookers.
  • Carries out other special projects/tasks assigned by supervisors.
