Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of accounting functions up to management reporting.
- Prepare cash flow statements, balance sheet schedules, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Maintain effective communication with business personnel and government departments to ensure cooperative relationships.
- Audit and tax-related activities.
- Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin for liaison with China Finance Department.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exposure to ERP systems is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume and deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Dynamic team player who is self-motivated and can work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
