• Resolve issues and enquiries from merchant
• Merchant outreach to request for document / information via email & phone call engagement
• Assisting in data extraction, data entry and data validation
• Provide administrative assistance to merchant team as required
• Problem solving and handle assigned ad-hoc duties
• Perform on site merchant visit for document collection
Requirements:
• Nitec, GCE 'A’ Level / Diploma & above
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dynamic working environment is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task & meticulous, well-organized with good time management skills
• Experience in processes and record -keeping
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to meeting timelines
• Comfortable with fast-paced environment and frequent dynamic request from managers
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player with strong work ethics and principle
• With problem-solving skills
Work location: Braddell (5 days work week)
