Candidates would be consider at Senior Executive or Assistant Managerial level depending on work experience.


Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

• Create and executive comprehensive marketing plans to promote the organisations’ programmes and services, new initiatives, and all signature events.

• Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach them effectively.

• Monitor and analyse market trends and adjust strategies as needed to ensure the efficacy of the marketing plans.


Brand Management

• Create a brand strategy by determining market and communications requirements for existing and future organisation needs.

• Enhance and maintain the organisation’s brand image and reputation.

• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.

• Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.


Content Management

• Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content across for various platforms, including the organisation’s website, social media platforms, e-newsletters, and press releases.

• Manage the organisation’s social media presence and heighten the engagement with the community through relevant and purposeful contents.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and stories that highlight the impact of the organisation’s work.


Event Management

• Plan and executive events, campaigns and fundraising activities to promote greater awareness and support for the organisation’s mission.

• Coordinate with partners, donors, sponsors and volunteers to ensure successful event execution.

• Evaluation the effectiveness of events and campaigns, and make recommendations for improvements.


Budget Management

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

• Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors and sponsors, in particular individual givers, media and community partners.

• Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to enhance the organisation’s reach and impact.

• Develop and manage all B2C platforms and engage customers for merchandise sales across all marketing channels.

• Drive sales and customer engagement through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Manage a small team of staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations and program execution.

• Perform any specific projects and duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and managing marketing, branding and communications strategies, preferably in the social service sector or non-profit organisations

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content management.

• Experience in developing and managing B2C platforms and driving merchandise sales.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.

• Passion for social service and community development.
