Job Responsibilities:
· Leading the planning, execution and delivery of technology projects
· Developing of detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation
· Performing oversight, monitoring and reporting of all program related tasks
· Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication about project status, risks, and issues.
· Supporting of issue escalation process and preparation works
· Liaising with multiple stakeholders and internal business groups for support/operations functions
· Looking through processes and providing of recommendations
· Understanding of processes and guiding the business accordingly
· Identifying of project risks/issues and raising them accordingly
· Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements by implementing best practices for software development and project management.
· Establishing of standards and guidelines
· Ensuring business processes run smoothly and timely
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
