Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team to oversee and manage our web and mobile app projects. Responsibilities
- Develop digital strategies and project plans based on client needs to drive value creation and maximize returns
- Understand client’s business objectives and serve as the point of contact for technical requirements
- Oversee, manage multiple clients and work with team members from application to deliver project on time and within budget
- Ensure projects are executed with quality and security guidelines
- Prepare requirements specifications, technical specifications and other project-related documents
- Prepare and submit project status to assigned clients
- Engage and manage clients in business requirements gathering and seek solutions to a more efficient process.
- Application of technical proficiency across stages of software development cycle for applications architecture definition and design
- Provide status report on document functional specifications and ensure projects are executed within the defined cost, duration and quality
- Manage and oversee the technical team to ensure the assigned projects are executed within the defined cost, duration and quality
- Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams is a plus
- Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains, especially around setting delivery expectations of quality and scope and communicating progress
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams as Scrum Master or Agile Coach preferred
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in managing digital or mobile app projects.
- Proficiency with 3 years of progressive experience in Adobe, Sitecore, Sitefinity and SharePoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and process-oriented
- Project Management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT or PMP will be an added advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and clearly articulate complex messages and requirements in English
