SALES EXECUTIVE CUM PURCHASER
Responsibilities
- Processing and managing purchases and sales with professional manner
- Maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers
- Explore new sales channels to achieve sales target and report to Sales Manager
- Regularly monitor stock level to make sure stock moving in healthy condition
- Processing and managing purchases
- Maintains quality service by responding to customer on a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending business solutions to the clients
- Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions tailored to each customer needs
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O level or Diploma in any fields.
- Positive working attitude and hard-working
- Independent and must have initiative, very careful and responsibility
- Strong communication interpersonal & organization skills, can speak English, Chinese (Japanese speaking is preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application especially Micro-soft Excel
- Effectively bilingual in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field (added advantage for experience in skincare/cosmetics/beauty/personal care)
- 5 days’ work, preferably able to work long hours
- Able to commence work immediately.
