- Secretary/Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and record financial transactions, prepare financial statements for the accountant
- Manage and maintain the company's financial records and documents
- Perform accurate data entry and updates, maintain employee records and files
- Use Excel for data entry and financial analysis
- Manage and maintain warehouse inventory data, handle and record incoming and outgoing goods, and use Excel for data entry and analysis
- Track the status of purchase orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery
- Handle daily administrative tasks, answer and handle customer calls and emails, resolve customer issues
- Record and track customer issues and solutions
- Assist in completing other related clerical and administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel
- Bilingual (English and Chinese)
- Work experience in accounting or related fields
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work ethic, attention to detail
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly salary starting from SGD 2200
