Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Manager to oversee HR Technology projects and conduct ongoing system enhancements and issue resolution activities to maintain the relevance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Act as a primary liaison and main point of contacts between regional/local HR teams and the global IT team, ensuring that project deliverables meet business needs.
- Manage roll-out project timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery within scope.
- Be the point of contact between Core HR global project team and local providers / local IT system teams, to manage interfaces set up & implementation: from detailed design writing to interface testing, roll-out & support in close coordination with local IT teams.
- Regularly assess system performance and recommend improvements or enhancements where necessary.
- Collaborate with assigned HR COEs to identify requirements for HRIS solutions.
- Support the integration of various HR systems with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll system, etc. to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency, and streamlining of workflows.
- Manage processes within HRIS and working closely with internal HR team members, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRIS processes and standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in managing HR information systems – knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Background in project management methodologies & technical support.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-cultural teams at various organizational levels.
- Knowledge of Human Resource processes and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
