- Position: Admin Assistant - Sales support/Shipping- NO EXP REQUIRED
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 + AWS + 12 days Annual Leave
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Attending to walk-in customers and phone calls
- Support the sales team on Sales & Marketing activities
- Support the project team on progressive claims
- Prepare sales quotation and responsible for order processing
- Packing of shipments and preparing shipping/delivery documents
- Update project sales forecast on pending orders at end of the month
- Submit quarterly project reports to the Managing Director
- Ensure timely delivery to the project site
- Send monthly end-of-period emails to customers with attached Statements of Account (SOA)
- Handle weekly staff reimbursement claims
- Prepare payment vouchers for payments
- Other ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
● Full training provided
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and QuickBook
● Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
