The Renewal Representative is responsible for driving renewals and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts within their prescribed territory and achieving quarterly sales goals primarily working with Local Partners and coordinating activity with local Account Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Renew, up-sell and close maintenance renewal contracts for a specified region
• Identify up-sell opportunities to larger/newer NETSCOUT products and relay to field AM’s
• Monitor and review renewals regularly utilizing online tools and reports to track progress
• Quote renewals 60-90 days in advance of expiration using Oracle Service Contracts
• Generate monthly forecasting of maintenance renewal dollars; responsible for forecasting renewal l opportunities within assigned region
• Ensure all opportunities are captured in our CRM Database (SFDC) with correct sales stage, close date, and value
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all maintenance renewal activity in SFDC and Oracle Service Contracts
