As a Customer Success Lead, you will be instrumental in providing excellent customer satisfaction, building out our customer support capabilities, and to help grow the overall business across Southeast Asia. We are looking for someone who is interested to lead a team and help us build up a successful CS team.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Responsible for handling after-sales customer enquiries and requests, and providing prompt and helpful solutions to customers
- Provide general administrative assistance, including managing phone calls / chats, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence that comes in from any communication channel
- Help refine our Customer Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and our FAQs database
- Support the company’s efforts to build up a successful CS team and participate in shaping the team culture
- Assist in maintaining an organised filing system and document management, update records, and support other projects on an ad hoc basis
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or any other relevant field of study
- Highly proficient in customer service and support, payment collections, data entry / clerical duties
- Great communication skills, good command of English, confident with phone and email inquiries in both written and verbal aspect
- Has strong attention to detail, meticulous and organised with managing information
- Great problem-solving attitude, and wants to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fast and motivated learner who is responsible and conscientious
- Proficient in using customer service software such as Trengo, Slack, WhatsApp For Business
- Interest in sustainability and renewable energy
