Industry-leading Insurance Group is looking to hire an experienced Employee Benefits Client Manager in their Group Sales & Marketing Division.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will -
Responsibilities:
- Work closely on all the new business acquisitions and the retention of the existing business and ensuring the GWP and the profit targets are achieved yearly
- Track renewals and work on all sales related activities with the Corporate Clients (focusing on 3 of the key accounts which constitute to 12% of the overall Division’s GWP)/ Intermediaries / Other Business Partners to ensure that the process is managed in a timely manner
- Manage and act as a liaison for our Corporate Clients / Intermediaries / Other Business Partners to resolve coverage, claim and administrative matters and respond in a timely manner
- Build, strengthen the working relationship (through regular contacts, phone calls, visits, etc) of all related Stakeholders, Corporate Clients / Intermediaries / Other Business Partners to maintain a high closing ratio for new business and maintain a sustainable profit for all our policies
Requirements:
- Singaporean / PR with relevant insurance certifications: BCP, PGI, HI, M5, M9
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in client management within Health and Employee Benefits
- Experience in account managing captive and multinational pooling accounts
