He is responsible for the day to day operations of the spa. From financials like checking of physical cash to the planning of work flow for staff. He has to map out proper off day & leave forecast at beginning of week. He has to ensure the premises is clean (by organising a duty roster for staff) & smell good (from the fragrance set up). He has also got to work out a routine time table to check the usable condition of all equipments. His duty also include reporting to Boss about the daily sales, the number of compliments or complaints from guests per day, the sales target push per day, the damage (if any), suggest ideas to improve sales, recommend better work flow, etc. Above all, he has to be a very friendly people person to guests to understand their needs & show the required treatment at each visit.
