Job Responsibilities:
- Work with VM Director to implement the visual merchandising strategy to meet biz and brand needs.
- Lead and inspire the Visual Merchandising team to develop the visual merchandising and range presentation competence in order to strengthen the uniqueness / standardization of store images
- Work closely with Marketing & Graphic teams for display concept development, execution and all creative ideas to achieve designated business goals
- Develop innovative design for room setting/ product display, as well as styling to create strong relevancy and emotional design appeal to customers
- Rationalize and monitor assortment (NOS/Seasonal)
- Develop seasonal visual merchandising guideline and related reports for management review
- Visit stores regularly to maintaining the corporate standards and brand image, and provide VM training to front line
- Strong collaboration working across all functions, retail, marketing and global team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in graphic design or fashion related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years related working experience in retail industry, experiences in luxury retail will be an advantage.
- Excellence in report presentation and graphic design.
- Strong planning, organizational and implementation skills.
- Responsible, attentive to details and a good team player.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Photoshop and MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
