heal360 Physioclinic, a leading private clinic dedicated to providing personalized and comprehensive physiotherapy services, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist Assistant. The successful candidate will support our team of licensed physiotherapists in delivering high-quality care to our patients, helping them improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist physiotherapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Prepare treatment areas and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use.
- Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and modalities under the supervision of a physiotherapist.
- Monitor and document patient progress, and communicate findings to the physiotherapist.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to support recovery and improve daily function.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and answering phones.
**Requirements:**
- Diploma/ Degree in physiotherapy or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a physiotherapist assistant or in a private setting is an asset.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic exercises and treatment plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
**Working Conditions:**
- The role may require multitasking.
- The position involve working evenings and Saturdays
