The Expectation:

  • Proposed Initiatives that will assist the team and individual to achieve the Monthly KPI.
  • Be exposed to the full-on experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Learn crucial soft-skills such as communications, critical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, project management, time management and multitasking as well.
  • Experience in a work culture that is open and equal, which means you’re able to walk up to anyone in the office for advice, feedback or to share ideas too.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchants
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Track and analyze client account performance
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
  • Present additional solutions that add value to the client's business
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with clients to align on objectives and expectations
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to meet client needs
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver client solutions
  • Provide training and resources to help clients maximize their use of products or services
  • Keep clients informed about new features and updates
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account management
  • Adjust strategies based on KPI performance and business direction

Years of experience

  • 2 - 3 years of sales experience
