We are seeking a dynamic graduate or with 1-2 years’ experience to join our growing team as a Partnerships Executive. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships or have shown through their education a competitive and dynamic attitude with relevant experiences and examples to share. The Partnerships Executive will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and executing strategic partnerships that align with the company's goals and objectives


Job Description:

As a Partnerships Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth. You will work closely with various internal teams to deliver customized solutions and maintain strong client relationships.


Responsibilities:

· Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.

· Assist with day-to-day client tasks, including addressing and resolving needs and complaints, documenting client progress, as well as handling translation requirements.

· Sustain solid relationships with clients, working closely to ensure client satisfaction, account growth, and retention.

· Compile reports on client progress, goals, and forecasts to report internally, supporting your line manager to constantly improve clients’ performance and identify potential new business opportunities.

· Identify key client segments, and craft and execute go-to-market.

· Work with the marketing teams to build compelling value propositions for client needs and translate these into tailored pitches.

· Work closely with counterparts and partnership directors looking after different sectors to identify sales synergies, manage accounts and dovetail efforts where opportunities arise.

· Responsible for developing and maintaining a sales pipeline that will materialise in accordance with the targets set.

· Responsible for sales activities such as prospecting from the leads pool; qualification of the leads and pitching; overcoming objections and negotiating; eventually leading to closure. You are also key to maintaining client relationships.

· You are also responsible for the fulfilment of the deals - i.e. working with the product and tech teams, where necessary, to deliver features to the clients in accordance with their use cases.

· Post-sales, you will work with the tech and data teams to understand clients’ consumption patterns and behaviours, which will be paramount in informing the overall corporate sales strategy and subsequent health of client partnerships.

· Collaborate with stakeholders in internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Affiliate Team, Development Team) to solve client problems and ensure client requests are delivered and executed efficiently.

· Quantify your activities and use data-driven decision-making to assess the performance of initiatives. Identify issues promptly to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure the highest return on investment.

· Willingness to learn about sales, lead generation, and marketing

· You need to be comfortable challenging ideas and making suggestions to the business to ensure that we continue to take our product in the right direction

· Eager and energetic – we're looking for someone with a super positive outlook, who’s willing to go the extra mile

· Comfortable being client facing on calls and in person meetings, presenting and taking questions.

Requirements:

· Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

· Detail-oriented and target-driven with strong business acumen.

· Excellent client-facing skills.

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

· Interest in mobile tech industry and tech-savvy.

· Strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to generate data-informed decisions from self-conducted research
