The Expectation:

  • Proposed Initiatives that will assist the team and individual to achieve the Monthly KPI.
  • Be exposed to the full-on experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Learn crucial soft-skills such as communications, critical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, project management, time management and multitasking as well.
  • Experience in a work culture that is open and equal, which means you’re able to walk up to anyone in the office for advice, feedback or to share ideas too.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchants
  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Collaborate within the team to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve the monthly targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Willingness to Learn and Easily Adaptable to Changes.

Years of experience

  • 2 - 3 years of sales experience
